Vicki Volper JD, LLM
Collaborative Attorney and Mediator

I am an attorney using exclusively non-adversarial methods to help people divorce, including Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. My goal is to help each divorcing spouse to examine his or her goals, as well as goals for his or her spouse and children. These include financial goals as well as less material goals such as maintaining family relationships and identifying and preserving the joyous parts of their family history. Once goals are established, I help couples meet their goals in an effective and cost-efficient manner, always seeking to preserve their dignity, confidentiality and resources. I also strive to enable couples to maintain, and hopefully enhance, their ability to communicate. This is especially a priority for couples with children who will be linked to each other for years to come.
