What is Divorce Mediation?
I act as a neutral third party facilitating discussions between you and your spouse. I help you make your own best decisions while guiding you through every step of the legal Divorce process.
What is Collaborative Divorce?
I act as your attorney as we work in unison with your spouse’s attorney to settle all issues around your Divorce, amicably and respectfully. Most work is done in four-way meetings with both spouses and attorneys present.
Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce are both confidential, efficient and cost-effective, and allow your values to be reflected in the decisions that are made.
Let’s discuss which is right for you.

I wanted to thank you for everything. The process was as you previewed: smooth, very few hiccups, informative, and fair. I would highly recommend you to people going through divorce. Again, my deepest appreciation for everything.
Thank you for all your help with this – it wasn’t easy for either of us but you were a pleasure to work with – very professional and a really nice person. I’m sure there were times when you wanted to slap us both!! LOL
Eric and I can’t thank you enough for helping us through our mediation process. We were both equally impressed with your fair, organized and highly efficient way you moved us through this difficult process. You’re neutrality was evident, and in our opinion one of the most important factors in choosing an effective mediator. The professionals you recommended to us to assist with our mortgages and tax questions were also top notch and incredibly helpful. The judge commented on the thoroughness of our agreement. Thank you for care and effort Vicki.
I wanted to let you know that the judge commented that our agreement was very thoughtful and forward-looking. She was clearly impressed with your work. Thanks again for your patience and constructive attitude. Warm regards.
I again thank you for your assistance at the time of my divorce. I have a workable relationship with my former wife, mostly for the sake of our sons. I continue to be active in the Straight Spouse Network, helping other people figure out what to do after they realize they are married to a gay person. I am happy for all people to be who they truly are and to be honest with themselves and others about that. If you’ve read this far, thanks; and thanks again for helping me through the worst passage of my life. Every good wish to you in your continuing work at helping others through their membership in the club no one wants to join.
Thank you so much for last night. You’re like a lawyer and a therapist, muddling through the muck we got, picking out the important details we can’t see. You’re very wonderful at what you do.
We hope (on the personal side) and don’t hope (on the divorce side) to see you soon.
Thanks again Vicki for all your work. I got a bonus when I found you. You are the “trifecta”
1. mediator
2. lawyer
3. accountant
I appreciate all your work to help me through this.
Thank you for being a great support to me, a good sounding board, and for representing me in such a professional way. I really appreciate it.
Thank you for assisting us with the mediation process. You handled the situation very well.
I just wanted to thank you for everything over these last few months. I know the agreement….ensures me a fresh start and a brighter future.
